PRIMARY MEMORY:

primory memory is also known as the main memory of computer which can be directly accessed by the 

cpu. it is the volatile memory means stored data can be lost if power is gone off .

ROM:

stand for read only memory. In this memory we can only read but cannot write on  it rom data is permanently during creation of information that why is called non volatile memory.

RAM:

Stand for random access memory. It is volatile memory also know as direct access memory.The task currently perfom by the cpu are stored in ram.

2:ram data directly accessed by the cpu
